Please check with the nearest Japanese Embassy or Consulate for detailed visa requirements, as additional documents may be requested.
Request for Invitation Letters
We will prepare, upon request, an invitation letter written in English for your visa application. This service is limited to authors who have already completed the registration fee payment through the conference registration system. Please note that we can issue invitation letters only for the purpose of attending the conference.
In addition, a confirmation of accommodation reservation at the Hotel Emisia Sapporo is also required.
